Palemale scouting over the Reservoir Tuesday evening. As Palemale sat on the Oreo and Lola sitting on her Beresford perch, a bald eagle flew high over the Oreo and headed over to the San Remo. The images are not as good as last December... But there was no less thrill of watching that majestic creature crossing Central Park. There were very few people in the park but I hope someone else saw him. This is a very sorry shot but there's the eagle in a tiny 'V' above one of the San Remo's towers. Neither Palemale or Lola reacted to the high flying eagle. I waited Tuesday evening hoping for a nest visit but no one showed up. Palemale asleep in his Westside Locust Grove tree. They promised to have it by the middle of next week.
