My young friend appears to care more for the Wind rushing across her new crisp feathers than what the future holds for her. I gaze at her each day that I find her and adore her sense of adventure, her vigor and her lust for life.

I do believe that what she enjoys more than the brilliant Sun reflecting off her bright yellow eyes, more than the thrilling bounce of landing on the limber edges of treetops, and even more than the delight of splashing her big feet on muddy puddles after a fresh rainfall...

is the deep rooted joy she feels of being free!

Lola will certainly agree to that fact.

Palemale near Alice In Wonderland.

Lola in a nearby tree awaiting her share.

Palemale consuming his pigeon. I believe that the latter is now getting the opportunity to be a part of another beautiful being. The former is made strictly of rats, mice, pigeons, small birds, and a rumored mallard at least once. All of which were free and never imprisoned before he got to them. With that in mind I'm trying to think of what I am made of--it would help to have a Merck Manual handy.
